Door Prize Submission Form

The Door Prize Promotion is a great opportunity for additional exposure to the Golf Show audience.

Door Prizes are given away every hour of the show. As a prize donor you will be included in signage and PA Announcements at the show.

Prize Delivery Options:

1. BEFORE MOVE-IN – Mail or drop off the prize to ShowSpan, Inc. c/o Derek Lancioni 2121 Celebration Dr. NE Grand Rapids, MI 49525.

2. DURING MOVE-IN – Drop it off in the Show Office, during move-in before the show opens at 2 pm Friday, February 10, 2023. (Prizes not received by show open may not be announced over the PA)

- I will drop off the prizes to the ShowSpan Corporate Office prior to Feb 9
- I will drop off the prizes to the Show Office at DeVos Place during move-in on Feb 9 or 10
